Ley Rivers Rideout brings a rare combination of real estate knowledge, forestry expertise, and natural resource management experience to Property Advisors. As a Land & Natural Resources Specialist, Rivers helps buyers and sellers better understand the full potential of rural, agricultural, recreational, and conservation properties across East Tennessee.

With a Bachelor of Science in Forestry, a minor in Wildlife and Fisheries Management, and a Master of Natural Resources, Rivers has spent nearly a decade working in federal forestry and land management. His background allows him to evaluate land beyond the surface, considering forest health, wildlife habitat, conservation opportunities, recreational use, tax program eligibility, and long-term management value.

Whether clients are buying wooded acreage, selling farmland, evaluating a recreational tract, or exploring conservation possibilities, Rivers offers thoughtful guidance rooted in both education and hands-on experience. His goal is to help clients make confident, informed decisions about land and its future potential.
